New!  2 ways to order Pasadena Soaps 

You now have 2 choices for ordering Pasadena Soaps.  

1.  You can use our Print and Mail Order form on this site.  There is a minimum order of 5 bars of soap for $28.  Additional quantities and shipping charges are on the form.   Please make your check or money order payable to "Carol Lightwood".

2.  You can simply send me an email to me to order a minimum of 5 bars of soap for $28.  Add $5.50 for each additional bar of soap.  The shipping charge for up to 12 bars of soap is $4 for one address in California.  Shipping outside of California is $5.50 for one address up to 12 bars of soap.  Be sure to list the soaps and quantities in your email.  Payment is only through Paypal and you may use credit cards or the other forms of payment Paypal offers.  Be sure to include the address you wish to have the soaps shipped to.

Our Shipping Policy

We always attempt to ship soaps within 1 to 3 business days.  If you give us your e-mail address we will send you a notification on the day of shipment.  We will also attempt to notify you if there is a delay in shipping your order.  Usually, we ship by the U.S. Post Office.  At this time we can only ship to addresses within the United States.  International shipments are beyond our capabilities right now.

If you experience any problems or difficulties with your shipment, please contact our customer service  promptly at 626-304-1145 or send us an e-mail.  Please include your name and phone number in the e-mail so we can call you to resolve any problem.  While for health reasons we cannot accept returns, we definitely want you to be happy with your Pasadena Soaps.
